Customers can make service appointments via website/WhatsApp/email.
Customers mail their watches to our service center.
Our technical team assesses the watch issues and provides a quotation.
Customers confirm repair or maintenance services and make payment.
We return the watch to the customer upon completion of the service. - Warranty Terms
a: Movement warranty for 2 years, free replacement of the movement within 2 years.
b: Enjoy five free cleaning and maintenance services.
c: Enjoy five free demagnetization and waterproof ring replacement services.
d: Quality issues can be replaced with a new watch for free within one month of receipt. Leather straps showing peeling or steel straps showing discoloration can be replaced for free within one month of receipt. - Liability Limitation
